Benton County, WA – A Benton County animal shelter has taken in 30 dogs from an owner who became overwhelmed with the number of dogs they had. According to the Benton-Franklin Humane Society, many of the dogs are unsocialized and “nervous.”
The surrendered dogs will all be examined, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, and spayed/neutered before being made available for adoption.
The shelter is accepting donations to help provide care to the surrendered dogs. Follow the shelter on Facebook at this link.
