Retired K9, Who Performed Military Work, Waits For Home At Shelter

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – A German shepherd who spent his life working for a contracting company, performing military or government work, finds himself in need of a home after being taken in at the Pennsylvania SPCA. The seven-year-old shepherd, Caesar, is retired and looking for a home where he can enjoy the twilight of his life.

According to the biography created for Caesar, he is “incredibly intelligent, loyal, and loving.”
