Boston, MA – Former New England Patriots quarterback Brian Hoyer and his family recently adopted a dog and her puppy from the MSPCA-Angell shelter in Boston. According to the animal welfare agency, the Hoyer family visited the shelter in June after 60 boxers were rescued from a hoarding situation.
The shelter writes, “Touched by the experience, they not only made a generous donation but also opened their home to foster a mother dog and her puppy. What started as fostering quickly became a beautiful commitment to keeping this little family together.”

Adding, “The Hoyers have officially adopted both the mom, Coco, and her puppy, Chanel! Their story is a testament to the life-changing power of fostering—a simple act that provides a safe, loving space for animals in need and, as the Hoyers found, enriches the lives of those who open their hearts to these animals.”
You can be a hero to a homeless pet. Fostering is a wonderful way to help – it frees up space at crowded animal shelter facilities and allows pets the opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home.
