Palmdale, CA – A photo of a young dog taken in at the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Palmdale facility on November 28 reveals the depth of his severe neglect. The four-year-old poodle’s coat was matted and filthy.

But after the dog, Nestor, was groomed, he looked completely transformed.

Nestor’s transformation is dramatic. With a freshly washed coat and filthy fur trimmed away, Nestor looks like a completely different dog.
