Douglas County, Illinois – A cat who was thrown from a moving vehicle was rescued and is now looking for a new home. The cat, dubbed Logan, was frightened initially, but the Douglas County Animal Shelter says he is now, “coming out of his shell and is enjoying getting cuddles.”

On August 7, the Douglas County Sheriff posted a photo of Logan and indicated they were looking for his owner.

The shelter said that Logan has received a lot of interest from potential adopters, and they will begin taking applications for him next week.
