Los Angeles, CA – The California man wanted for fatally shooting a four-month-old puppy earlier this month has been arrested. The wanted man, 32-year-old David Sumlin, was arrested during the early morning hours on Monday.
Sumlin allegedly shot his ex-girlfriend’s puppy on January 2nd during an argument. According to a release from the Los Angeles Police, Sumlin said “it’s either you or the dog,” before firing into the pillow.
The authorities issued a release describing the suspect after the puppy died. Sumlin has a lengthy criminal history with multiple felony convictions, reports MSN News.
