Hurricane, Utah – Two crated dogs were left to die in Utah. According to the Hurricane Animal Shelter, the dogs had been left off of the 318 near Quail Lake with no food or water. Neither dog had microchips or other forms of identification.
According to sources, hikers found the dogs and took them to the shelter for care.
