Shelter Announces Adoption Of Cat Who Waited Nearly 800 Days For A Home Of His Own

Philadelphia, PA – On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania SPCA made a special announcement about a cat who has waited nearly 800 days for a home of his own. According to the shelter, Tim, who is diabetic, was adopted by a veterinarian.

The animal welfare agency said:

“What’s meant to be will always find a way.”

As if starting off the week with the news of Wyatt’s adoption wasn’t enough – we have some more good news.

Tim, who had been waiting nearly 800 days to find his family, was adopted this weekend!

The shelter said that Tim, “the friendliest cat,” with an affinity for sinks and water, was originally adopted as a kitten, but he was returned after developing diabetes. They said, “Finding him a home was a hard task.”

Tim waited too long for a home of his own, but he is right where he should be now.
