North Myrtle Beach, SC – A “smart and loyal” dog has spent more than two years at a South Carolina animal shelter. Her name is Fireball and she has spent more than 730 days at the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
Less than a week ago, the shelter announced Fireball’s two-year anniversary with them:
Today is the 2 year anniversary of Fireball coming to our shelter ❤
She’s spent 730 days waiting for a home.
According to shelter staff, the name Fireball fits this pooch perfectly. They explain:
She comes in hot and the love she has for humans burns endlessly. Fireball explodes with excitement and love every time she meets someone, and it saddens us no one has chosen her.
Adding:
Ask any staff member, volunteer or person who has met Fireball, and we all only have positive things to say about her! Prior to coming to us, Fireball had been at another shelter…this girl is long overdue to be back in a loving home!
Unfortunately, Fireball is “selective” with her friends, so other pets in her adopter’s home are not recommended.
Though Fireball may not want to share a home with other dogs or cats, there must be someone out there who is perfect for her.
You can help Fireball find a family by sharing her adoption information. If you have questions or want to apply for adoption you can call 843-249-4948 or submit an application.
